Services

Four service lines. One outcome.

Every engagement ends the same way: a lead that arrives gets a response in seconds, a tag, a stage, and a next action that fires whether or not anyone remembers it.

01

CRM + AI automation setup

The system that catches a lead the minute it lands and keeps working after hours.

I start from your lead sources and work forward. Every source gets a tag at capture. Every stage change has a trigger behind it. An AI responder handles first contact. It answers the three questions people actually ask, then books or hands off to a human. Nothing sends without you seeing the copy first.

Who it's for

Anyone who can name a lead that went cold because nobody followed up in time.

What's included

  • Missed-call text-back within 30 seconds of a dropped call
  • Pipeline stages rebuilt around how your team sells, not the template
  • Lead source tagging at capture, so reporting works later
  • Drip sequences by stage: new lead, quoted, no-show, dormant
  • AI first-response over SMS and web chat, with a human handoff rule
  • No-show recovery: reminder, reschedule link, second attempt

02

GoHighLevel implementation

New builds and rescues of accounts somebody else half-finished.

GoHighLevel does a lot, which is exactly why most accounts turn into a mess of duplicate workflows and tags nobody can read. I build clean: one naming scheme, one snapshot you can reuse, and a trigger map you can hand to a new hire. If you already have an account that's misfiring, I audit it first and tell you whether to fix or rebuild.

Who it's for

Agencies, clinics and multi-location teams already on GoHighLevel or moving to it.

What's included

  • Sub-account setup, or an audit of the one you have
  • Snapshots you can load into a new location in under an hour
  • Two-way SMS in one shared inbox with assignment rules
  • Calendars, round-robin routing and reminder sequences
  • Forms and surveys wired to the right pipeline and tags
  • A written trigger map plus a live session with your team

03

WordPress development

A site that loads fast and hands every submission to the CRM with the source attached.

Most sites I inherit lose leads twice: the form abandons halfway on mobile, and whatever survives lands in an inbox instead of the CRM. I rebuild the pages that matter, split long forms into short steps with partial capture, and send every submission through a webhook that creates the contact and tags the lead source.

Who it's for

Service businesses whose site is the front door but isn't talking to the CRM.

What's included

  • Rebuilds and new builds on WordPress
  • Forms split into steps with partial capture on step one
  • Webhook from form to CRM: contact created, source tagged
  • Page-speed work with a measured budget, not a vague promise
  • Landing pages for individual campaigns and lead magnets
  • Tracking that matches lead source between the site and the CRM

04

Product management

Guide the product from idea through launch and beyond.

Product management is the business practice of guiding a product through its entire lifecycle. I define the strategy and vision, advocate for the customer, collaborate across sales, ops and delivery, and keep improving the system after it goes live. The result is a one-page spec your builder can quote from and a team that understands what they are building and why.

Who it's for

Owners about to invest in CRM or automation who want the right thing built once and improved over time.

What's included

  • Strategy and vision: what to build, why it matters, and how it aligns with business goals
  • Customer advocacy: discovery interviews and workflow research with the people who do the work
  • Cross-functional collaboration: requirements that sales, ops and delivery can all use
  • Lifecycle guidance: from initial idea through design, development, launch and ongoing improvement
  • Outcome metrics defined before build starts
  • One-page scope document with acceptance criteria

Next step

Tell me where leads are leaking

A 30-minute call. I map your current follow-up, point at the gaps, and tell you what I'd build first. If it isn't a fit, I'll say so on the call.
